As many of you know, I have been working on a book about stress. The title of that book is Stressed the F*ck Out. If you ask me, it does a rock star job of explaining how stress f*cks up our health and happiness. Then it provides a novel, integrative stress management approach to help people transform their stressful lives and regain their health and happiness.
However, the bad news is, it ain’t done yet. And with COVID-19 – aka the Coronavirus, aka the what the F*CK do I do now virus – in full swing, the skills and techniques offered up in STFO are needed now more than ever.
Nevertheless, there is good news. The book doesn’t need to be done for me to start sharing the techniques and helping people in the best way I know how, by guiding and teaching them to feel better.
To that end, I will be leading FREE daily live streams on Instagram of practices to help you manage your stress and anxiety during these turbulent times.
